WHAT a great couple of days I just had!

 

My company takes the marketing staff offsite once a year for training, relaxation and appreciation.

 

We went here:   http://www.watersedgeresortandspa.com/

 

The weather was ok, the beach, heated pool and spa were wonderful.  The open bar all Tuesday night was pretty good, too.

I think I took a little too much advantage of that, though :) 

 

Was a good time and another chance to get closer to members of my team.  There are a great group and I really enjoy working with them, so chances like this are awesome for me!  The training was ok, but, training is training!

 

 

 

 

Wow, nice game!  At least the FIRST half.

 

Second half, those Jets made a couple of big plays and I hate that they blocked our field goal!

 

Still, was great to watch the Pats dominate during the first half ... felt like old times!

 

But, I do have a question... what's with Tom's arm?  Is he just not as seasoned because our running game is better or is he losing his edge?!

 

Well, it started out bad.

Here comes halftime and we're behind 17-7.

And yet, the end score is 19-17 in the Pats favor.

 

I'd love to have been a fly on the wall in the locker room during halftime!!

 

Here's hoping they have things together better for next week.

Wow, for a minute there I thought I had a couple of Sangria's too many with dinner tonight!

 

And did you see the interview with Matt Cassel?  Nice kid, lots of potential there. 

Still, hope we don't see him starting any time soon.
